What is Jet Lag?
Jet Lag is when your body’s natural clock, or circadian rhythm, is disrupted by traveling to a different time zone.” The condition is temporary—until your body’s clock adjusts—but in the meantime, you may feel “off,” and your energy level may be below average. Symptoms can include headache, lightheadedness, daytime sleepiness, and even gastrointestinal issues. Connecting with nature and grounding or earthing yourself can help with jet lag related symptoms. Kick off your shoes and put your feet on the grass, sand or dirt and/or hug a tree for 15 mins in the new destination. See article.

Healy Travel tips
Healys are OK in hand luggage. For those lucky enough to be flying, below are suggestions from frequent flyer Chad Fisher.
- While traveling to the airport run Subtle protection in Bioenergetic Defence. This frequency prepares your energy field for the travel. You don’t need coil or bracelets for this.
- Half hour before flight – vibrate Alaskan Gem Elixirs into your field for 27 min. This helps to add crystal protection into your field for another level of security as you travel. Run the scan as normal and vibrate the top five results of the recommended elixirs – 27 min seems to be a perfect amount of time for this, but again, do what feels right to you.
- Right before boarding run General protection so it’s running while you board the plane. This is the MOST important program to run in my opinion. You don’t need coil or bracelets for this.
- Before exiting plane, to alleviate jet lag, vibrate gold cycle programs into field for 5 min or more immediately followed by bioenergetic vitalisation programs for at least five min or more. (If you don’t have bioenergetic vitalisation you can vibrate the protection programs and/or the chakra programs).
- *AFTER THE TWO VIBRATIONS OF 5 MIN OR MORE IS COMPLETE, RUN GEOPATHY IN THE DEFENSE PROGAMS TO LOCATIONALY ALLIGN YOUR BODY TO YOUR NEW DESTINATION.
- Immediately after the plane lands run Bioenergetic Boost to help your body recover from all the traveling so you can feel refreshed and ready to go!
- Keeping grounded by earthing while travelling.
If you can’t do all 5, I would highly recommend to at least do number 1, 3 and 5. If you can only do one, then I would pick number 3.

- For long haul circulation in Bio 1, lymphatic meridian 2, Electro-sensitivity for EMF’s and sleep. If you have Natural Cycle you can tune to the new time zone.
