Essential Oils Module

Essential OilsThis database of over 100 essential oils was created by Timewaver therapist Sabine Reber in collaboration with Martin Whittmann. It is available by monthly subscription. Each oil holds homeopathic properties which can influence physical, emotional, mental and spiritual spaces e.g. Calming lavender and energising peppermint. Oils can stimulate the limbic system (mood and memory centre) and create harmony in the body and mind supporting mental clarity, emotional resilience and vitality. There are various ways to use oils… through a diffuser, in a bath, topically and now via frequency.

advanced settingsHow to use the module

  1. Start analysis and choose from an exisiting focus or enter your own focus.
    – if you are entering your own focus, make sure it is positively phrased, specific and in present tense (as if it has already happened). Clarity of focus influences analysis depth and accuracy.
  2. Visualise having already reached this positive state, feel the resonance throughout your body and let a sense of gratitude flow with the intention of achieving the optimal result for yourself or a client. Do not let your focus cloud your ability to do a neutral analysis.
  3. Start analysis, which analyses the whole database and gives you the relevant oils for you specific focus and lists in descending order.
  4. Reflect on your results and read the present state to know the oil. Read the desired state description (positive affirmation) and pay attentions to your emotional response – how it resonates with you.
  5. Read the background information carefully, noting which elements stand out or resonate with you and find what is significant.
  6. After you have found the affirmation that you identify with the strongest, write it on a piece of paper and carry it with you for 2 weeks.
    – Read aloud twice a day ie. before you brush your teeth in the morning and after brushing teeth at night.
    – Pay attention to any shifts in your emotional state.
  7. Vibrate the desired state description/affirmation while consciously keeping your focus in mind
  8. Exhale deeply and consciously let go of the subject.
  9. If an issue is hard to let go of, you can support yourself with the matching essential oil – rubbing it into your hands, belly breathing deeply and slowly focusing on the positive state to support the emotional shift.
