Flower essences are liquid, potentised plant preparations which convey a distinct imprint, or etheric pattern/vibration of a specific flower. These are great for stress, self confidence, insecurity and other emotional, mental and spiritual issues. Pets and kids who have difficulty expressing how they feel can benefit greatly from Bach Flowers too.

Schuessler Salts
Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schuessler, a german doctor from the 19th century developed the cell or tissue salts. Dr. Schuessler discovered the health-supporting effect of several mineral salts, that were developed homeopathically for the assimilation by the cells of the body. Many illnesses can be caused by a lack of nutrients or or imbalance within the cells. This could be a deficiency because not enough nutrients were being ingested through starvation or nutrient deficient foods (junk food) or the nutrients weren’t being absorbed properly.
Vital Substances
There are nine essential amino acids (need to be ingested from food), and eleven non-essential amino acids (which your body can make). They prevent the loss of muscle, decrease mental fatigue, increase exercise performance, burn more fat, reduce muscle soreness, build muscle and other vital functions of the body.
