How my Healy has helped me
My Healy arrived 7 July 2020. I was excited to try out this little thing and see what it was capable of. Within a week, I noticed an increase in energy, then my brain sharpened up and my memory improved. Over a few months the chronic fatigue lessened and I realised I no longer had to manage my energy, I could do what I liked without worrying about running out of energy or hitting the wall. I could now tolerate temperature variations, my voice became clearer, I had more resilience to stress and I seemed to be less afraid.
A few things took me a while to notice they had disappeared. I had a pain in my hand which just disappeared and has never come back. My short range eyesight improved (I can now read small print again and not have to hold books back to see). I also need less supplements because nutrition is getting into the cell now. I am more relaxed, I’m not bloated any more and my weight stabilised then started to drop. Best of all, I feel alive again.
