Pure is the ideal starting point for anyone using Healy for the first time. It can help the energy field of the organism to recover from the bioenergetic effect of environmental pollutants, toxins, an unhealthy diet and other negative factors. It works to detox the lymphatics, lungs, liver, kidney, digestion & metabolism and pumps to clean the bodies terrain. Starting with the Gold Cycle
It takes a while for the body to get used to the frequencies and you may experience some detox symptoms (everyone is a little different). Do listen to your body. If you have never detoxed or have a toxic load, use Pure for 2 weeks or until you feel cleaner (it can feel worse before it gets better), then run through the other cycles as below. Here are some guidelines:
- 1 week guideline – run 1 gold cycle program a day starting with pure and cycle through the programs (pure, being, relax, release, energy, care and balance). Just do 1 a day until your body acclimates to the frequencies. If you have the blue app, analyse the gold group and see what your body needs and run the next top program. There are many frequencies in each group, so even if you ran one program 1000x, you would not get the same frequencies twice.
- 2 week guideline – follow the same as week 1 but go up to 2 programs a day.
- 3 week guideline – follow the same as weeks 1 and 2, but go up to 3 programs a day and add in a program of your choice or follow the week 2 regime here.
Everyone will have different cycles depending on when they were born and their job/lifestyle. These are guidelines, so see what works for you and if you want to align closer to this, then make gradual adjustments to your schedule, but be consistent, because the body likes consistency and has a natural rhythm. Disruption can cause stress and fatigue.

Tips
If you haven’t used your Healy for a while, Nuno Nina recommends using just the pure program in the Gold for the first 2 weeks… feedback from others says this has then helped other programs to be more effective.
