How the Business Coach module works

Analysing Business Databases

  • Analyse which of the Business Databases are most relevant to your target.
  • Analysis in the two most relevant areas to find the three entries with positive information that will optimize your goal achievement.

Reflecting on the Analysis Results

  • Read through the analysis result mindfully.
  • Reflect on whether it contains something you are already doing and should work on to improve.
  • Or is it something new that you should integrate into your business?

Applying the New Information

  • Think specifically about how you could integrate new information into your everyday life or your business.
  • Visualise how your business would improve if you integrated this information.
  • Store this positive feeling in your mind when sending them into the Information Field and when you initially analyse.

Consent and Involvement

  • Ensure you have the consent of those who are part of your analysis.
  • Involve them in the process with their consciousness.

Further Entries

  • Decide intuitively how many entries you want to go through.
  • Focus on quality and integration, not quantity.

Duration of the Information Field Optimisation

  • Vibrate the result list and your targets at least once a day, ideally up to 5 times a day, for about one minute.
  • After 1-4 weeks, perform a new analysis to find new topics to focus on.
  • Create a new target at any time.

The Target Optimisation Module allows you to perform an in-depth analysis in the Information Field to reveal which aspects of a business area you may focus on and invest in more to achieve your goals. As a nice side effect, the more you learn about how to attain your goals, the better you will constantly get in your overall target definitions to consequently achieve more accurate results from your target analysis.

  • Goal Setting: Learn how to define your goals clearly and concisely to set a solid foundation for achievement.

Guidelines for Formulating Targets

  • Always formulate your goals positively and in the present tense.
  • Describe as precisely as possible what you want to achieve.
  • Do not use negations.
  • Formulate goals to be measurable.
  • Set ambitious but realistic goals.
  • Be sure that the goal is accepted by your supporters and can be well integrated into your life.
  • Choose a suitable date for achieving your goal.

A Practical Example: Defining the Desired State

Desired state: My team is working together very efficiently and we are referring 10% more Healy World products than last month.
Desired state description: The team member responsible for online advertising optimizes the copy and generates 20% more leads than last month. The team members organizing the events are running the presentations and the catering very well and all participants are in a very good mood. The team member who gives the online presentations is very inspiring and all the participants love the presentation. The team member performing the online product training explains everything in an easy-to-understand way and can answer any questions the participants may have.
Background information: My whole team works together like one big family and everyone has each other’s back in good times and bad.
