HealAdvisor Analyse 2 App (new Blue)
The new Blue app is finally here!
Benefits
- You can use the app when phone is locked or moved to the background while running other apps.
- If you have multiple healys you can run the pink and blue app at the same time. (1 blue app, multiple with pink app)
- It’s faster and highly improved functionality with intuitive extra information about Bach flowers, aura, coaching, chakras etc is now available within the app – almost everything is clickable – don’t be afraid to click!
- You can open a specific pink app from a scan – choose the top one and go with one click
- No need to scroll to find yourself as a client, you have your own place in the menu – your new profile will need filling out.
- User friendly with pictures, grouped analyses for less scrolling to find what you are looking for
- Ability to reorder clients programs
- There are no more master keys – it’s a 6 digit verification code via your email address.
Before Migrating
- There is no hurry to get the new app, but there are things you need to know before starting the process.
- When you are ready, in the old app you need to make sure you have fast internet and have done a recent sync from your phone to the server so all your latest info is on the server ready to migrate to the new app. Settings > cloud settings > full sync.
- Migration is a one time only event, if you say no to migrating clients, you will have the account but no clients. See Healy Client Migration details below.
- All clients will be transferred, but no lists. The old app will still work if you have lists on there you still want to use them.
- The new app information is in the academy. Information is broken into bite sized videos with step by step instructions and percentages completed.

- You will have to manually turn on all the advanced settings to record rife frequencies and change interpretation amounts.
- There is a loud ding at the end of a scan which will not ring if your sound is off. At the moment there is no other way to quieten it.
- There is space for feedback about anything you feel needs improving.
- Demo mode is only for 5 days.
- If the app is not working and you have a VPN, try turning it off.
When you are ready
Download from your apple store or google play store and follow the instructions.
For new owners only – from 1 Oct 2023
Existing Healy owners up to Oct 2023 you will continue as normal – we are on the professional plan automatically.
For new owners from 1 Oct 2023, the first 6 months there are no costs or limits attached to the blue app. After 6 months new customers or members will have to decide from the 3 options below.

If you missed the opportunity to select your preferred plan within the free trial period, you will automatically be assigned to the Free plan. You are welcome to upgrade to your choice of plan at any time through your Healy Shop.
What If I Downgrade My Plan?
- Downgrade from the Professional to the Family & Friends plan: Only your 20 newest clients will be active, the rest will be inactive.
- Downgrade from the Professional or Family & Friends to the Free plan: All data will stay in the cloud for up to 2 years and will be reactivated if you upgrade within that period.
