Penney Peirce discusses feeling our personal vibration and intentionally working with energy to transform our life. She tells us that finding our home frequency — our highest, most natural personal vibration — can enable us to maximize clarity, minimize struggle and discover new talents and capacities. In her book Frequency: The Power of Personal Vibration, Peirce, explores the dynamics of energy, personal resonance, and our accelerating ultra sensitivity. Science has long taught reliance on what can be seen and touched, and is just beginning to discover that everything is vibrating energy. Our personal vibration communicates who we are to the world and helps shape our reality.

Practical advice for understanding the world of frequency:

  1. Stop doing things the old way, rest and open to new possibilities/ways/visions. This will occur in the energy world first, then show up/consolidate in the physical. Get quiet, align with the soul frequency, drop in to the realm of openness and possibility, ask the questions (what would be fun/bring me joy/be interesting/combine interests/create a new job etc), grab a journal and write down your ideas.
  2. Stay in the present moment – time is quickening, stop worrying and relax so your intuition can come through. Work with the right brain (imagination, intuition, feelings) and learn to integrate left and right brain thinking. What used to be the future is a potential of your present moment.
  3. Move from fear, ignorance, resistance, anxiety, avoidance to love, feeling, unity, movement, self expression, joy, acceptance, trust, flow, creativity and heart space.
  4. Monitor your inner and outer speech – turn complaints around. Say the truth to where you are in your cycle of growth and change your statements in a way that allows energy flow. ie from “I’ve lost my job”, to “the universe has freed up space to allow me to do something better.” Or “I’m afraid of public speaking,” to “I’m not familiar with public speaking, but it might be interesting and beneficial to learn about it.”
