This usually means there is a lack of connection.
- Drink more water.
- Put water or salt water underneath the wristband or use a damp cloth.
- Turn the intensity up. If you are at 100%, then you may be on the low setting. In the HealAdvisor app > settings > My Healy, you can check which setting your Healy is on and change it. There are 2 settings – high and low. By default it will be on low.
- The lower frequencies (under 50) can be harder to get a good connection.
- Sometimes it will flick between a white wave and the message – this is usually because the lower frequencies are harder for the sensor to detect. It is OK if you can still feel a tingle, it’s when it is continually showing the message, then there is a problem.
- If you think there is a problem with the cables, you can test this by putting an all metal spoon between the 2 metal connectors that would normally go into the straps and turn the healy on – you are testing connection – it should show a white wave. Another way is to press the back of the 2 bracelets behind the clips together to form a circuit. If that is fine, then it’s a bad connection between you and the bracelets, so see above.
- Occasionally cables break or accidents happen, then you can order new ones from Healy. You can still use your Healy with the blue app (information field) or without cables in pink app (electromagnetically), you just won’t get the microcurrents. There is a coil available which allows you to use the Healy without cables so that might be a better option if you don’t like cables or are accident prone.
