1. Rescue Healy from the water and dry off with a cloth
  2. Put Healy in a plastic bag with white rice and put in the hotwater cupboard if you have one. This will absorb the moisture.
  3. It may take a few days, then you can try starting the Healy, if it still doesn’t work, change the rice and leave it in for longer and retry it.
  4. Other options instead of rice are those moistures absorption packs you get with electrical equipment.
  5. If your Healy doesn’t come back to life, send a support ticket in and you will be able to replace the unit (300 euro).
