Run Aura + Coaching Analysis

  • Observe which energy centres are too open and which ones are too closed.
  • Read the patterns, observe how they fit in your life and sent an intention for their meaning and purpose to be revealed
    throughout the day.

ALL DAY Body Support (1-3/5 PROGRAMS)

  • Apply physical programs: Start at the top and apply by relevance over 50%
  • Vibrate the Aura & Coaching lists for 6-27 min each.
  • Use Healy HighWave (5 programs max) or electrodes (3 programs max) for deeper cell activation.

Evening Integration (10-15 min)

  • Run MagHealy Emotions or Sleep for nervous system regulation.
  • Journal or meditate to reflect on your morning intention and insights that were revealed to your throughout the day
  • Track your energy shifts weekly with Aura or Coaching scans and note recurring patterns.
