- Notice which programs are at the top (over 50%)
Run Aura + Coaching Analysis
- Observe which energy centres are too open and which ones are too closed.
- Read the patterns, observe how they fit in your life and sent an intention for their meaning and purpose to be revealed
throughout the day.
ALL DAY Body Support (1-3/5 PROGRAMS)
- Apply physical programs: Start at the top and apply by relevance over 50%
- Vibrate the Aura & Coaching lists for 6-27 min each.
- Use Healy HighWave (5 programs max) or electrodes (3 programs max) for deeper cell activation.
Evening Integration (10-15 min)
- Run MagHealy Emotions or Sleep for nervous system regulation.
- Journal or meditate to reflect on your morning intention and insights that were revealed to your throughout the day
- Track your energy shifts weekly with Aura or Coaching scans and note recurring patterns.
