- These are the programs to run based on client feedback and my own for binge eating leading to weight gain and addictive behaviors with sugar and/or food in general.
- This particular protocol is years in the making and guided by spirit on what programs to use based on the overall theme of addiction with food and binge eating.
- This is the exact protocol I give my clients who have their own Healy devices and have tested and run on myself with much success.
- This is a month long protocol
- This protocol has been quite effective for several people to bring awareness to the emotional component to this addiction of food and habitual way of eating through unhealthy belief systems.
ONE WEEK PROTOCOL (repeat for 4 weeks)
Intention Suggestions
“I am active and full of energy. My life is more interesting than my next meal. Unhealthy foods don’t appeal to me. My body craves healthy, whole, real food! Snacking and eating between meals does not serve me or my goals. I pause and evaluate before I give into cravings”.
“Today I choose healing and nourishing my body. I am aligned with my higher self. I walk out of the suit of shame that has weighed me down, I will no longer carry the weight with me and I release all emotions that are tied to any habits that do not fit my highest and good.
LET IT BE!
- !!IMPORTANT!! Say your intentions during the first 20 min of waking up while you are still in Theta state.
- Also, say your intentions right before bed. Say your intentions first thing in the morning before running the AM program.
- It’s important to run the AM protocol first thing in the morning before any food.
- PREFERRED METHOD – WRIST BANDS or COIL
- Whenever I use the word vibration or vibrate, this is to let you know that you will be using the blue app.
Monday or 1st day
AM – contentment systemic under Mental Balance.
MID DAY – DO THIS BEFORE EATING LUNCH
Digital Nutrition for 27 min, immediately followed up with the sacral chakra – under chakra programs.
EVENING (before 8pm) – Weight loss under Fitness programs and if time allows vibrate sleeping programs for 12 min.
Before sleep say intentions
Tuesday or 2nd day
Say your intentions
AM – Alasken Gem Elixers – vibrate for 5 min immediately followed by contentment systemic (before any food -THIS IS IMPORTANT)
MID DAY – vibrate digital nutrition for 26 min and run immediately after clean all under deep cycle.
EVENING (before 8pm) – Care Gold Program
Before sleep – say intentions
Wednesday or 3rd day
Say intentions
AM – contentment systemic (before any food) followed by vibration of Schuessler Salts for 12 min.
MID DAY – wellbeing soul – mental balance and if you have time renewal – Deep Cycle (try to run both back to back starting with wellbeing of the soul.)
EVENING (before 8pm) – vibrate Digital Nutrition for 56 min and if time allows run sacral under chakra programs.
Thursday or 4th day
Say intentions
AM – contentment systemic – mental balance
MID DAY – vibrate Schuessler salts for 12 min followed by Alaskan Gem Elixirs for 12 min.
Immediately followed by Digest all under Deep Cycle H.
EVENING – Weight loss – fitness programs

Friday or 5th day
Say intentions
AM – contentment – mental balance followed by vibation of the fitness programs for 26 min.
MID DAY – Fatty degeneration – meridians
EVENING – lymphatic – meridians
(No vibrations at all on Fridays)
Saturday or 6th day
AM – Meridians Program – Organ followed by 26 min of I-Ching vibration.
MID DAY – digest all – deep cycle
EVENING – contentment – mental balance
Sunday or 7th day
NO FREQUENCY WORK AT ALL
Repeat for 3 more weeks – up to three months – you may take a week off if you would like and start another month directly after.
There is a reason behind this sequence, try to stay with this protocol as much as possible as it has a proven track record for success.
