Foundational Protocol to Holistic Health
What is Holistic Health?
Holistic Health considers the whole person – body, mind, emotions and spirit, rather than focusing solely on physical symptoms. It emphasises balance and integration of these aspects to achieve optimal health, often incorporating conventional medicine, alternative therapies, lifestyle changes, and preventive care. The goal is to address root causes of issues, not just treat symptoms, and to empower individuals to take an active role in their well-being.
Key Principles of Holistic Health:
- Whole-Person Care – Recognises the interconnectedness of physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health.
- Prevention and Self-Care – Prioritises lifestyle habits like nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management to prevent illness.
- Individualised Approach – Tailors treatments to the unique needs, beliefs, and circumstances of each person.
- Natural and Integrative Methods – Often includes practices like acupuncture, meditation, yoga, herbal remedies, frequency and mindfulness alongside conventional treatments.
- Healing Environment – Considers external factors like relationships, environment, and community as part of health.
Step 0 Preparation
For complete beginners and really sensitive people, it’s good to start with a week of only the Gold Cycle – Pure program 1x per day for 6 days to prepare the body for the frequencies it will receive during this protocol. As a base marker, take scans of your aura and the coaching module, but do not vibrate them.
Step 1
Gold Cycle Protocol – 4 weeks. Building a robust bioenergetic foundation before progressing to more intensive protocols. It prepares the body and mind for deeper work in subsequent steps.
Step 2
Deep Cycle H Protocol – 6 weeks. It builds on the Gold Cycle’s foundation, targeting specific systems and deeper energetic imbalances.
Step 2.5
Week of IMF Frequency Resonance exploration. This break ensures users don’t rush into the complex Power of Three protocol, allowing for a mindful transition and personalised insights via Resonance scans, which continue into Step 3 for ongoing monitoring. Take another scan at the beginning of this week of your Aura Coaching areas to compare with the baseline.
Step 3
Power of Three Protocol – 9 weeks. This builds on the physical and energetic ground work of Steps 1 and 2, offering a sophisticated, integrative approach to holistic wellness. Supporting gut health, emotional stress and conflict resilience, integration and energetic adaptability. Continue weekly Aura + Coaching scans + daily vibrations.
