If you are just starting out stick to 1-2 microcurrent programs a day. Your body will be your guide. If you are very tired, this is a sign your body is getting used to the frequencies and potentially detoxing. If you are tired and doing 2 a day, drop back to one, if you are doing 2 a day, take a break. Everybody’s body is different, so listen to what it tells you, there are no prizes for doing the most in a day. The body needs time to adjust and rest. I can run 3 a day depending on how my health is and which program I am running, some programs have more impact than others. Make sure to drink plenty of water and ground yourself. Healy recommend no more than 3 micro-currents a day and to give your body a day off once a week.

With the blue app I have found my body can happily do 2 groups in an hour, yours may be different. Again, listen to your body.
