When entering the serial number in the pink app, why does the background space turn red?

This is an alert to say the serial number has been mistyped.

1. To see the SN code take a photo of the back of the healy and enlarge it or use a magnifying glass or a magnification on the phone app to see it clearer. The red will disappear when the number is correct.
