1. Log into your Healy shop using the username and password that you signed up with or were emailed.
  2. Click SHOP > upgrade
  3. Select the Healy upgrade you want and follow the shopping cart instructions.
  4. You will need to enter the serial number of your Healy and pay for the upgrade. If there is a special on, the discount price will be right at the last page before entering credit card details.
  5. When updating the Healy 2 app, go into SETTINGS > MY HEALY > PROGRAM VERSION and wait for the updates to download.
  6. For some people it takes an hour before the new programs come in, others up to 48 hours depending on the load on the server.
  7. If you are upgrading to the resonance you will need to download the Blue app (aka resonance or HealAdvisor Analyse app) Apple / Android open it and follow the instructions.
